The Educational Opportunity Center Program is offered FREE to adults 19 years of age or older that meet the following guidelines:

    -    U.S. citizen or permanent resident

    -    low-income (as established by federal guidelines)

    -    first generation college students (where neither parent has graduated

         from college)

Services

  • Provide assistance with enrollment into GED or Adult Education Programs

  • Obtain current information from colleges, universities, or technical schools selected by each participant

  • Offer career and vocational guidance and testing through computer assisted labs

  • Provide technical assistance with admissions, testing and financial aid applications

  • Partner LEARN participants with other community agencies and resources
