Who may apply:

•  Must be a Citizen, Permanent Resident or National of the United States.

•  Students must be between the ages of 11 and 27 and have completed the fifth grade.

•  In any given project, two-thirds of the participants must be students who are low-income and potential first-generation(defined as neither parent having a four year degree) college bound students.

•  Must demonstrate a need for academic support in order to successfully pursue a program of education beyond high school.

•  Must reside in the service area and attend one of the ETS target schools designated.
