Appointment Information:

        If you have an appointment scheduled, please make sure to bring the necessary documentation so that we may better help you.  Below is a list of the most common documentation we need in order to process financial aid applications:

  • College grade report or high school/GED diploma/transcript
  • Student's 200__ tax form (1040EZ or 1040) and W2's
  • Parent's 200__ tax form (1040 or 1040A) and W2's
  • Social Security/SSI benefits for ALL family members in 200__
  • TANF benefits for 200__
  • Workers Comp benefits received in 200__
  • U.S. Dept. of Education PIN assigned to you
  • College PIN assigned to you
  • (VETERANS) DD214
